People come in to see me after surgical rhinoplasty all the time. I have injected around 1000 of them. The only thing that happened is that the imperfections they were concerned about, for the most part, improved. Complications are very rare. The worst thing that I see is some bruising or, rarely, that the tip of the nose may get a bit red and sensitive for a few weeks after injection (if we inject the tip). There is no reason that injections would make anything worse. I would be happy to take a look and let you know if fillers can correct your concerns.
