WHAT IS THE BRILLIANT DISTINCTIONS LOYALTY PROGRAM?
Brilliant Distinctions is a loyalty program that earns Botox users discounts every time they come in. Think of it as a “frequent flyer” program for Botox. You earn points for every Botox treatment you receive, which can be used towards Botox, Juvederm, Latisse or Vivite. It’s free, and really easy to sign up. All you need to do is register with your e-mail and use the code: BOTOX.
How do I register for Brilliant Distinctions?
1) Go to http://www.botoxcosmetic.com/Brilliant_Distinctions_Program.aspx and register.
2) Complete the fields in the “My Info” section.
3) Select the “My Physician” tab, then click the “Clinician or Office Name” tab at the top, then input either:
Clinician First Name: Alexander
Clinician Last Name: Rivkin
4) Click the orange “Select” button when either Dr. Rivkin’s name appears
5) Complete “My Treatments” (if you have an appointment scheduled).
If you would like to get reminders for your Botox treatments, you can use this section to input appointments as they are made and then you’ll receive an appointment reminder by email.
Remember, you must access your Brilliant Distinctions online account to track your points, input voucher codes and print coupons. Therefore, please be sure to keep a record of the email address you registered with as well as your password.
How can I start earning points once I’m registered?
Provided you have registered for the program, you can earn points every time you get Botox or Juvederm.
Our patients and staffers really love how point awards increase as your treatments add up:

For example, you can earn 650 points over your next 3 Botox treatments, which is more than enough points to get a $75 coupon towards future Botox, Juvederm, Latisse or Vivite purchases.
When you come in for Botox each time, simply remind us that you are a Brilliant Distinctions member so that a staff member can input your treatment information into the Brilliant Distinctions program. After your treatment, you will receive an automated email from Brilliant Distinctions, which includes your new points total and a voucher code. Important! To deposit these new points, click on the link in the email to the website, sign into your account and input the voucher code from the email. It only takes a minute, and is important to do this as soon as possible since the email codes have expiration dates. You have 6 weeks to deposit your points into your account otherwise they will be lost and your balance will be back to zero.
How do points translate to coupons?
200 Points = $25 coupon
300 points = $35 coupon
400 points = $50 coupon
500 points = $65 coupon
575 points = $75 coupon
725 points = $100 coupon
850 points = $125 coupon
950 points = $150 coupon
1100 points = $195 coupon
1450 points = $320 coupon
How do I “cash in” points and get a coupon?
Just prior to coming to the office for a treatment, log onto your account in the Brilliant Distinctions Website and choose “Redeem Points”. You will be able to see how many points you have available, then choose how many points you would like to redeem and click “Create Coupon”. Print the coupon out and bring it in with you to use towards your treatment.
I forgot to print my coupon, what now?
Since this program is not maintained by our office, but rather by Allergan, we can not honor any discounts unless a printed coupon is presented at the time of treatment. We do not have the power to make exceptions since it is not our program.
Do I have to do anything after each treatment?
Once your treatment has been logged into the program by one of our staff, the Brilliant Distinctions Program will email you a voucher with your updated points. Since there is an expiration date on each voucher, it is important to log onto the website and deposit the points so that they will be available to you for upcoming treatments. If the voucher is not redeemed prior to the expiration date, these points will be lost and, unfortunately, there is no way for our office to recover them for you since this program is run by Allergan.
Do the points that I’ve deposited ever expire?
Once your points are deposited, they are good for one year. Our office can not make allowances for expired vouchers or points since The Brilliant Distinctions Program is an Allergan Program and they will not make exceptions for us.
