In a non-surgical nosejob i got recently, the filler was injected from inside of nose.i had a prior notion of injectible being injected from outside into 
skin.Wonder why it had to be done this way in my case? is there anything unusual about it?
I always inject from the outside in. My reasoning is that the changes we are trying to effect in the nose are very precise and small. therefore, the injections should be exactly in the places that you want these changes to occur. Injecting from the inside seems to me to be an unnecessarily indirect method, since injection through the skin has been shown over the years to be a very safe and effective technique. If anything, the procedure should stimulate collagen growth in the areas injected and the appearance, once the filler dissolves should be better, not worse than when you started. I think this is an illusion – you may have become used to the post injection appearance. Hope that helps.

6 months post tiplasty and today my doc injected my tip with Kenalog.
My doc said I had unwanted scar tissue and that is why he injected my tip with kenalog. When will it start working and when will I see improvement? He said he wants to see my again in 6 weeks.

Post rhinoplasty Kenalog injections are very common to reduce unwanted scar tissue. It works well, but the effect takes a few weeks. For some people one week, for others it takes four weeks to see a difference. Some people need one injection and others need two or three. Sounds like you are getting good advice.
