hi jb,
sorry about the late response - re-doing my website.
i would massage the area firmly and see if that helps.
you can send me pictures and i can take a look as well.
you may have to live with it - a flat area that's dark but coverable is better than an indented area that you cannot cover up.
hope that helps

Hi Rivkin,
I need help with a very important question. I recently had Juvederm, about 3 weeks ago, in the Under Eye Area for dark circles in the "tear trough”. The difference the treatment made was awesome! The Juvederm treatment made my eyes come alive! The effects looked great, I promise it made me look 10 years younger and no more trying to cake concealer on to hide those ugly dark circles. I really love the effects except for a small line indention under the injection on the left eye. I went back in for a recheck the next week, and my doctor, a dermatologist, injected a little more Juvederm into the dent and it disappeared, great, but now there is a puffy area where my blood vein is. Sometimes it is flatter, but most of the time it is puffed out and looks like I have been hit in that spot. It is not swollen , or bruised, or dark, except for the vein part. It looks like a puffy place on top of the under eye blood vein. Is there a special way to do under the eyes and go around the blood vein? Is there a method or technique that will not make the blood vein appear to be larger, but still have a smooth finished look? What can my Dr. do to fix it? The answer could help a lot of people from experiencing the same problem. Your help would be much appreciated. Will you please, please help me? I will be happy to email you photos if needed. Thanks again for all your time and suggestions.
Sincerely,
JB
